Sometime the blackness
of night sets guard at my door
Confusion of moments
that are wield as a sword
Words slung like arrows
the heart is pierced true
And the actions of moments
became life's moments too
Still waters are raging
as the rapids grow deep
And the angel is sleeping
at my grime encrusted feet
A plea to the heavens
where no one can hear
Of the healing of nature
in a daughter you fear
Maniacal laughter
will bubble to the top
And action of swiftness
in emotions not stopped
A tear in the dark
all covered in blood
Is the moment receding
in the heart she has rung
I see lonely bye ways
of which she did go
Her lies are her truth
to whom ever she sews
And the shadows they follow
upon streets darkness knows
Looking for something
of which she can't win
Where goes the sanity
in one once free of sin
A mind of great intellect
now squalled in manure
A drink in one hand
and a drug her tongue skewers
Has polluted her life
till she feels she doesn't count
Where goes esteem
down drains laced with sand
Where is the favor
with life with any man
And pride has no face
on the journey she rides
Followed by Destruction
with darkness in his eyes
I cry tears of remorse
when ever I hear
The breaking of seals
upon the can of a beer
For life in the bottle
upheld with only pills
Will lead to one journey
a grave upon a hill.
