When things around me, get so tough
And I just can't see,anymore, my way out,
I just shout in my mind,His blessed name,
To come quickly, and help me through my strife's.
And sometimes when problems are so much,
And they corrode with a vengance all my heart and thoughts,
At times binding so tight my eyes and soul,
Till blinded and lost, I can't see nothing right.
It's then when in those unbearable and painful times,
From the darkest hours and confinements of my soul,
That with a sigh of praise and relief, I do recall
That He's always here with me, and that He loves me so.
