An Unopened Book

In Turn

Life, the rythum of your heart.
The moment when breathing starts.
Open your eyes, and explore.
This is what this world is for.
Notice the wind, feel the rain.
Fall in love, then feel the pain.
Try to give, then remember to forget.
Live through your mistakes without regret.
Look at others with forgiving eyes.
Never be ashamed to show you cry.
Stand up for yourself, do not fall.
Never shy away, stand up tall.
Listen to those who have been there.
Happiness is better when it is shared.
Never say a word you can't take back.
Never be first to make an attack.
Always be nice, polite and kind,
and keep a better state of mind.
Remember to only say what is true,
and in turn I will do all of this,
back to you.
