An Unopened Book
My Future Wife
One night as I feel asleep in my chair.
I felt a warm kiss on my head.
Knowing it was her as she went off to bed.
Yeah she loves me.
The next morning she lite up the place,
from ear to ear her smiling face.
She came over and sat with me.
Yeah she loves me.
I hurried to get dressed and start my day,
she helped me along to hurry me along my way.
Yeah she loves me.
I got home late that night,
she was asleep in my chair,
dressed in my old shirt.
I kissed her on her head.
and she knew I was heading off to bed.
Yeah I love her.
