An Unopened Book
Beaches of Monterey
The Ocean crashes up on land,
and washes away,
foot prints in the sand.
The sand Beneath your feet,
flows away with the oceans water.
Giving your feet a gentle massage.
The salty smell feels the air,
gives you a breath of freedom.
The seaweed dragged up on shore,
litters the beach,
bringing green to the tan sand.
Sea shells seem to shine in the sun,
making it seem like an important discovery.
It was a great day,
on the beaches of Monterey.
