This world is changing day by day,
Instead of unkind words...
Why not walk away.
Words are lasting and can cause so much pain,
Ultimately, in the end the hurt will remain.
Stop and think before you speak,
Just walking away, doesn't make one weak!
A few hurtful words can take years to mend.
This is sad when it is a friend;
Yet devastating when they are kin.
Stop and think...what would Jesus do?
Remember...he is watching us too.
Think back to when you were young...
search your heart...
Don't be hung by your tongue.
Time will mend a broken heart;
Why not be the bigger man...
Just walk away, to have a fresh start.
