MY GODMOTHER

Isn't it strange that we write a song
when things in people's lives go wrong?
This is something i should have written a long time ago
To a special someone who I know
And tell her much of a rock she has been to me and my family
For 29 years you have been there for me!
And now, Ronna my Godmother, its my time now to say thank you
And during this difficult time, i am now here for you
Mum told me about the sad news, and the stressful time
I send you my love and support and i hope all will be fine?
This is more than a poem of my support
but a thank you for making the person i am, for it was you. Who taught
You gave me the courage, and strength through the good and bad
And had some sort of understanding with the situation with dad
So thank you, so much for being the best Godmother
I honestly could not wish for another
So my love and thoughts go out to you
From your loving Godson, Matthew.  x

For Ronna my Godmother..XXX thank you XXX
