My Sanity and Insanity
Man in the Mirror
I stare in the mirror, it stares back at me,
But I don't know the man inside... who is he?
His eyes glassed over and unaware,
He sees me, but doesn't care.
He looks like me, but I know he's not,
He might share my looks, but not my thoughts.
Many see him, and think of me,
But he's not my true identity.
This man in the mirror, this alternate me,
In another dimension, he just might be,
But in this world, I know who I am,
And THIS me, in THIS world, is not THAT man.
