 AUTUMN'S  SONG (Free Verse Style)

~Autumn's Song~
(Free Verse Style)

The sky is so blue, and the leaves
Are turning just to gold
Falling from the mighty winds,
To the expansive grounds below...

They turn from misty green to orange-yellow
And from red then to the darkest dusky brown...
Torn  in all kind of shapes and many forms,
Strewn all over sidewalks and lawns...

The sky is so blue and the sunset is about to merge,
The wind is just as cold and swirling are the leaves...
As I see the sun peering through playful, fluffy
Clouds, all dressed up in tuxedo, of midnight grey...

Spreading like magic all their fingers
With all the colors from the Painter's well
With lullabies that fall from the  heart that knows so well,
And also flows from me to you with all my Love.
