Broken Hearts And Trust






 

            
A friendship that is built on a lie,
in time will surely die.
But a friendship where the truth is spoken,
will not easily be broken

To many with that broken heart and broken trust!

So... now and then will you cross their mind?
Will they think of you as being kind?
I know you have had some painful days,
Also know they caused some undesired ways.
You love with all your heart and soul,but...
Much to your surprise;
So many have let you down,
With betrayal and often lies.
Although bad days have fallen on you,
Honesty and integrity will always be true.
Maybe some day you will see this?
You all will know who you are,
Someone cared and trusted you
with all their heart!
Needless to say you didn't do your part!
So carry on with your life...
Maybe they are waiting there?
Perhaps GOD will put conviction in your heart,
and you'll see them with love more clear.
For when some love, you'll always remain dear.
