A Prayer

I pray to you now Lord
Down upon my knees I go
Bring him health and happiness
Oh Lord, I love him so

Send him an Angel
To be there by his side
Hold him in lucidity
Warm him now with your light

I ask for so much Lord
Yes, I know that I do
But I'd give up everything
For this one prayer to come true

Let him sleep with sweet dreams
Let him embrace the day
Let him never feel lonely
Although I'm far away

So I pray to you now Lord
And I speak from my heart again
Build him a world filled with rainbows
