Because I Do

I said to you once you held my heart
And it has been yours right from the start
These aren't simply feelings upon a page
It's the beating of a heart in all of its' days

I said to you once that I loved you
And I tell you there's no words on this earth more true
You ask me why I feel this way for you
And I tell you now....because I do

Love can't be measured like some material thing
It posesses no boundaries, no wrappings, no string
It's the simplest of treasures and it's mine to give
And I give it to you for as long as I live

Now you tell me why I feel this way for you...
