Power Of Love

I ask dear love will you wait for me?
As sister fate shares her dance with me
Distant hearts calling for a blessed union
A journey of the soul has just begun

Thoughts only feed this love's desires
Images painted, leaves a flame burning higher
Waiting for time to pass over its days
A yearning, a hunger, in this body plays

Repeating a name with each sigh to the wind
Prayers of a dreamer, to bring me to him
Looking for that answer to come from above
Never doubting for a moment, the power of love
