My heart is like an open book
It's not hard to read, just take a look
It's simplistic with its' design
Turn the page if you have the time

It tells a story etched in stone...
About a love that I've known
You'll see each chapter is like the first
So breathe a sigh and read this verse

Turn the page time after time
You'll see this beauty, this love of mine
My life has been written here within
And the end of the story lies with him

Turn the page and find another
An endless tale like no other
A heart that beats solely for him
Can you read these words scribed within?
