When things go wrong as they sometimes will
And life's a struggle and all up hill
Things are hard and get you down,
You lose your smile, and wear a frown.
But things are never as they seem,
And one fine day the sun will shine…
And therein will be a life anew,
And love for the end of time!
When life is hard and too much to bear,
We sink into the gutter, so low,
But once you're there, have no fear,
Cos then up is the only way to go!
You can't go down more than that level,
And no matter how bad life seems,
It always, always gets better,
And that's when we realise our dreams!
So when you're feeling weary,
And life's too much to bear,
Always, always remember,
There's always someone waiting there!
Waiting there to help and support you,
When times are oh, so bad…
And there to lend their shoulders,
When you're feeling really sad!
So when you feel as low as this,
Remember one important thing, and heed!
Life is never always that bad…
For it replenishes like a garden seed…
When you're life is at the lowest ebb,
And you think you can't go on any more,
Always, always, always remember,
There's another way out of it, through a new door!
