 God's Love Through Poetry

God's Pathway


My heart leaps for joy
like the rushing waters flow
the serenity of God's beauty
is more than I could know.

As the mountains paint the sky
there's purpose to this creation
to bring us even closer to him
the rocks of His salvation.

With trees so tall they climb
straight up into heaven
giving us a direct pathway
to guide our heart's living.

The rugged rocks are a reminder
of how beauty and sorrow combine
bringing out our live's finest detail
that God may show us to find.
