Do you really want her
to walk out the door

look her in the eye

want her in your life
You could have it all
Examine your heart
before it is to late
Do not let past mistakes
tarnish what could be
For they are in the past
and to love again
does not mean
they are repeated

But, have you tried
to swallow your pride
Can you look her in the eye
and tell her you don't love her
you don't need her
you want her to go
Reassure her with a kiss
because this could be

show your heart.
Did you tell her just how she
makes the sun shine in your life
and how dark the days were before
and will be again should she leave.
Show her what your feeling
even though it's hard.
She needs to know your thinking of her
so open up and tell her of your love
You have suffered a broken heart
at the hand of another
but could it be because
you didn't reveal your heart
Learn your lesson
Don't let past mistakes be repeated
Every night before you close your eyes
Look at your woman and ask your self ...
Did you tell her that you love her
Tell her that you need her
Tell her that you want her to stay
