It SeemedYou seemed to be the guy for me But time has proved me wrong I thought I'd fit into your life But I really don't belong I guess the breaks in life are tough And they will always be Too bad you have to go through life And experience to see It hurts you more to go through it than if you were just told But on the other hand I guess There's memories to hold You can cherish them forever If you don't mind the pain for me I guess my memories are More of loss than gain I wanted it to work out fine And in the end find love But I guess disappointments are what life has been made of Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
