Never Told

Every Time

If we meet today

Come Alive

Dusty Notes

Poetry Poem

For Years Together

Behind you

He has closed the window
He has tears in his eyes
Sunrays falling on stair case
He can not wipe out lies.

Of peace and happiness
His right hand trembles
The din of traffic wafting in
His lonely life crumbles.

He picked up the letter of his son
A slightly stooping figure
Only son has gone back long ago
His wife left in the last winter.

His face brightens
Coming from distant place
A broad smile appears
Listening to silent voice.

Looking at huge portraits
Hanging in the painted wall.
Of his good old ancestors
Remind him every fall.

He knows his son will never come back
He has wiped his tear
He will wait for his son
Days, month’s years forever.
