Gates Of Augurs

Gates of promises have always been open to the obedient everywhere
Remembering that the enemy is still alive and well set out there
And then, that he's so determined to share in every secured reward
Or otherwise roll the high prized spoils into sinister detours

Here, and they come the multi-footsteps of hitch-hiking
That sets fright and courage rivaling over the obvious
Faith and fear present their case to reality's courtroom
And whoever comes first gets to feature in the earliest place
But one of them has to hang in there for victory's vanity
Yet the one that is favored for Deity's will, shall have to triumph

These promises have long waited in front of ignored corridors
And no one seems to own ample powers to suppress them
The truth has tremendous supremacies to set free whosoever is
Willing to acknowledge it, to its full methodical zenith

What is sowed stands as the most likely to be reaped in a tenfold
Whether negative or positive the upshot flourishes in full blast
Not forgetting that all things shall formulate into many heaps
As the world's greatest show comes to its long-time foretold end
On its final grand march downing into the lake of fire

And yet every one is free on choice to a personal preferred destiny
