The Perfect Love

A perfect love will cast out all your fear,
Because for knowing that God is near;
For God's love is the greatest love of all,
It is the type of love that makes me awe;
Because of God's love of His gift of Christ,
The ultimate cost that had been sacrificed;
But it's because of His love that I am free,
For the bondage to sin has released me;
And he that doesn't love knows God not,
Because of his unclean deed and thought;
Sin is their burden and a slave to greed,
That causes them to stray as they mislead;
But for those of you in God do believe,
Be cautious of them who try to deceive;
With the love comes freedom from sin,
When you stray, you loose both within;
May love be rooted deep in your heart,
Never to be uprooted or torn apart;
For God's love is your greatest gift,
It'll never let you down rather uplift.
