Ren's Pen

Greyhound Bus in Dallas

The road was long and it was dark
We stop at every single mark
You talked a minute with me
Then it was time to leave

For a minute I fell asleep
A dream came that caused me to leap
I saw you dead hanging over your seat
Your heart had stop and had no beat

I begin to pray out loud
Surrounding you was a crowd
They shook their heads and were afraid
I just stood there and prayed

You then sat up and ran in the door
I knew He gave you life once more
I ran to follow you in the place
And found you and you looked at my face

"I saw you, my angel" to me, you said
The man said "Ma'am you were dead!
You said to me "you were praying"
I said "yes" I was obeying.

You gave me an loving embrace,
I felt God's amazing Grace,
Then you went on your way,
And we will never forget that day!
