A Prayer for my Daughter
Lord, I bow my heart to you this day
I humble myself to you and pray
Lord, you know where she may be
You observe the things I cant see
Lord, I ask for your will to be done
I know these are your daughters and son
My soul seem to only scream and shout
And at times only tears come out
Lord, at times I question where I went wrong
Sometimes I am so weak, but you are strong
I long to tell her everything is alright
But only you can led her to give her sight
Lord, it is not my place to say what is best
Only you can help her through each test
I do not ask you to led her to me
I only ask that you set her free
