A Godly Man
As your mother what can I say
To help you endure until that day
Something that will help you stay pure
Only what will help you to endure
Seek first for yourself his wisdom
So you may enter into his kingdom
Next take time to listen and understand
So you may become a godly man
You must not forget to have knowledge
Something you will not retain from college
Search for his voice in his word
And let no man steal what you heard
Remeber to plant and water many seeds
And never forget to tend to others needs
Always take time to look after his sheep
And remember Jesus even weeps
