Ren's Pen
New Beginings
We were not met to be apart and strife,
I breathe into you and gave you life,
I never wanted us to be apart,
But serpent came with his evil dart.
I tried to give you everthing you need,
Only one tree you could not feed,
I gave you a wonderful place,
And yet you hid from My face.
I called to you "Where art thou?"
You answered with your head bowed,
The woman you gave me made me sin,
The women blamed another, again.
Now you have to leave and go there,
And at this time you can not be here.
How long will my Spirit strive with man?
I will send a flood to destroy this land.
Now there are only eight that still remain,
All the souls are gone that were like Cain,
The wicked one entered into man again,
The whole world is full of sin.
I have another plan,
To save every woman and man,
As I cleanse the earth with a flood,
But next I will purify it with my own blood.
