Someone Left The Tower Unguarded
Someone left the tower unguarded
And the princess is off running free
Slipping by her jailers unnoticed
Into the arms of her very own Prince Charming
He stayed in wait in the wood
Knowing that one day she would come
And off they'd go on his trusty steed
Riding into the dawn of a whole new love
She sheds a tear as her binds are cut free
No more a simple being kept in a cage
Once again free to love and free to be
A supressed heart now beats untamed
Someone left the tower unguarded
And she is life's newest escapee
Did they think that they could keep her forever?
Perhaps they better watch their next victim....
