 HOME OF THE FLOWING PEN

A Heart Sees Through


Leading a dangerous life
Masked pain in a disguise
But a heart sees through
To the soul of the lies

You say all is well
As you let out a sigh
But a heart can hear
Even the softest of cries

You paint a picture
Rose colored in hue
But you cant hide
Red over the blue

So tell me now little one
Who are you trying to fool?
For a heart sees through
The smile painted on you....
