God is our Strength and Refuge

Psalm 46:1

God is our refuge during times of trouble,
No matter what He is willing and able;
When trouble strikes He's your comfort,
Protecting to ensure that you're unhurt;
When you're confronted He is your might,
In the darkness he is your eternal light;
Keep reminding yourself that God is here,
And that you never have anything to fear;
He will never allow you slip up or fall,
He will help you with everything in all;
With God by your side you'll never fail,
With the strength he give for to prevail;
Remember always to say, “God is with me,
And is helping now and will always be”;
A sense of comfort that you'll possess,
With no concern of having any distress;
New hope and ideas will come to thought,
Feeling a new sense of power not distraught;
Remember to pray when trouble arises,
For God might have some pleasant surprises.
