shhh, let me draw the dark across the sun
as i pull the reed from the reedbed.
instantaneously it wails, can you hear it?
allow me to open the chest, within the room,
within the house and place that most delicious
of sounds within, next to the scream of the peacock,
and the naked moon liquid of my soul.
i weave you down, further down inside tranparent mirrors.
look at your reflection of sin like the cobra swaying
to the requiem of my magical allure;
scarves cascade to the floor as i dance the dance
of seduction for your viewing: dancing curves pin your
love-loins like a tigress pins her kill to the ground
in the tall grasses of india.
almond eyes hold, gaze and lower; dark luscious lashes
brush your soul ribbons, a deep gutteral moan pierces
the night. i now dance barefoot on the floor of your soul.
look up into the speechless full moon and see my reflection, feel my aura
surround the celestial orb as you dip your hands into my warm waters.
saturate yourself with me, take me inside, breathe my essence,
then inflame. burn for me and me alone, the sweetest heat
and then rise, rise my love; in one graceful, fluid motion
open and display your most glorious, most magnificent fan-tail
of the peacock and adorn me.
