When The Trust Has Gone…What do we do when the trust has gone? Do we fail to trust again? Do we deal with the hurt and move on, Or forever live in pain? Trust, it's of paramount importance! For without trust what have we got? Nothing, absolutely nothing…! But pain, well - we have a lot! To trust is vital to all of us, Without it what can we do? Not a lot really, not a lot! For all we have are lies coming through! Trust, a five letter word, But it means the world to me, If I don't have trust, I have nothing, Trust is everything to me you see! Trust can be taken and broken, And smashed to bits that's true, Then all you have is an empty heart… And you don't know what to do! Well, we move forward of course, And learn to trust again, And though it will be hard to do, We have everything to gain!
