Let it go let it flow
Saw the fading light today
judgement hit me un-blind
they broke my soul
I lost control
and now nothing is right
they were laughing their fake laughs
they were buying their fake happiness
they were bleeding on the chopping block
they were dying in each others arms
and they looked just like humans
but they breathed like machines
held the rope knowing not where it'd go
listened close & did what they were told
until we were all the same
until money ruled everything
and as they did this
they looked just like humans
