Satisfaction Guaranteed

John 7:37 & 38

On the last day of the feast, Jesus stood,
He cried out saying, "If any man would;
Be of thirst; let him come unto me to drink,
He that believes in me as scriptures link;
Out of his belly shall flow living waters",
Deep inside of us as well as many others;
Unsatisfied longings and desires well up,
That can cause your anxiety to develop;
Maybe we seem to have all of our needs,
But our heart and mind tend to misleads;
We really ought to be perfectly satisfied,
But greed slowly attempts to be revived;
When you start to notice such a feeling,
Imagine Jesus saying unto you revealing;
"If any man thirst let him come unto me,
Drink and please never be so gloomy";
Kindness and peace shown on His face,
With radiant beauty of heavenly grace;
Will help your greedy desires to cease,
Gradually growing of a deep inner peace.
