Face In The Mirror (part 1)

I went over to a friends house one night.
She was having a sleepover.
She had a few friends over.
We stayed up late that night
and watched movies.

Everybody fell asleep except for me.
I heard an eerie sound
coming out of the hallway.
Then BANG...
I wanted to get up and
see where the noise was coming from.

As the saying goes
"Curoiusity killed the cat."
I started to get up off
the livingroom floor.
CRASH...
The sound of glass breaking.

I got up off the floor,
went to the hallway
and peeped around the corner.
There was nothing.
I heard the noise again.
I ran down the hallway
and into the bathroom.

The door slammed shut behind me.
I flicked on the light switch.
It didn't work.
I rummaged around and
tried to find something to
give me some light.

I found some matches.
Rummaged around some more
and found a candle.
As I drew the match to light it,
I felt a cold breeze wisk past me.

I knew I wasn't alone.

To be continued.
