Feel This
Weight of the world lifted off your shoulders
the sun as it hits your face
the laughter that becomes contagious
love when it is right
a friend who holds you and lends an ear
a miracle received
a heart that was broken in time has healed and now believes
new-born baby in your arms as you sing a lullaby
going to church lifting your hands in worship
running through a sprinkler on a hot day
running into an old friend you haven't seen in years
your first real kiss
heck your first love, your first little boyfriend or girlfriend
your first day of college, your first taste of real freedom
looking back with a smile
remembering my what a life
this is such a huge scrapbook.
