Casting Your BurdensPsalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon our Heavenly Father, He shall sustain thee so you can go farther; He'll not suffer the righteous to be moved, Only when it's proper for being behooved; A human mind only stands so much weight, No relief valve for to turn to alleviate; One mental burden piled up top of another, Possible so many that it makes you smother; Unless there's a way for relief is obtained, A nervous breakdown can if not maintained; But, these burdens you don't have to bear, Just take it to our Lord thy God in prayer; Let Him know what so much is troubling you, Explain some of the details of your issue; Ask His help to for getting a peace of mind, Get on with your life leave troubles behind; He's perfectly willing to carry and consume, In taking away all the stress and the gloom; All He does ask from you for this in return, Accept the cross and sacrifice as a concern.
