Kooka!
I have this friend called Kooka!
Rob is his true name,
He always sends me e-mails,
Cos chatting is his game!
He chats to me quite often,
Though I must drive him insane,
Cos I have to be quite honest,
I can really be a pain!
But he doesn't mind at all,
For a heart of gold has he!
He listens and takes all in,
And gives support to me!
He called me from his home,
Australia don't you know!
I said his bill will be astronomical,
And kept telling him he had to go!
But he took no notice,
And chatted on and on with me,
And I have to be quite honest here,
He's a little star you see!
He always has a friendly ear,
And I seem to batter them too!
But he always says that it's ok,
Cos he knows what I'm going through!
You really do have a heart of gold, Rob,
Yes, you truly are a star!
May peace and happiness follow you!
Wherever in the world you are!
People like you are few and far between,
Your heart's on show for all to see,
So I send this poem with all my love,
Especially to you, from me!
And once again I have to add…
Rob, you are just great!
So here's a little ditty…
To thank you for being my mate!
Here it is in back and white,
For all the world to see,
That Rob, you're very special,
And you're so good to me!
