Slaying Dragons

SultryRose's Signatures

Love entered the room
as if a fire-breathing dragon
sighing smoke and
charring the sheets.
It coiled around us
with its scaly cold body,
left us shivering.

He was my knight and
did his damndest to
slay said dragon as
I feigned distress.

Yes, she was a fire-
breathing dragon and we
were left in her wake to
fend for ourselves.
