A New Woman

Prayers do get answered

Those places we have been all of us are done for.
When we lived once upon a time in a beautiful world.
Where the sunrises to close to the eyes hard to get a sight that didn't blur with morning mist.
All the days so peaceful of nature when they always want to help and insist and insist.
So much great memories of this place had now gone.
Now we had to run away, parents got killed, others were lost.
others got hurt and stayed on the ground until they died.
We ran and ran, no body would let us stay for just one night to get some sleep on a bed.
Aches and pains in our precious heads.
Eating raw fish from the rivers flowing nearby.
Sand and sea we played and prayed all the time.
Thou upon thy we trust you.
It's you thy we lay upon for the meaning of souls.
You are my fortress soul keeper.
So young and lost, running away from all the cruel lives.
how can thou such greed be on them.
Every village can they ever not even spare a piece of bread or an apple or even a bucket of water for us to take away?
Those places we had been both of us were done for.
Until one day we decided to run far, far away until we came to an empty land.
Such a beautiful sight that's full of sand.
palm trees and stick houses.
Baby there were several palm trees, wells and of course a huge garden where rivers flowed.
Prayers do get answered.
Now they live in a beautiful world, oh yes they do.
