The shining sun upon your face
Are angels blessing you with grace.
The silky softness of your skin;
The precious pictures of your grin
All began because of love
And blessings from our Lord above.
Many long years I did ask
For our good Lord to do a task.
When I thought for certain hope had passed,
He sent to me a child at last.
His mercy shined upon my heart
As in my womb your life would start.
A miracle had come to me,
Not one, but TWO lives you would be.
For when at last the Lord was done
And certain that your time had come,
He sent you to fulfill my need
My sons He'd brought forth from a seed.
He'd spun your hair from golden lace,
That angels touched and put in place.
His radiance shined upon your face
That angels blessed with Heaven's grace.
At last he formed your loving grins
And then brought forth the birth of twins.
