One about the Dentist you will relate to this, even if you are the Dentist.
To the dentist yesterday I had to go,
But did not want to don’t you know,
For once he’s got you in the chair,
It seems there’s no escaping there.
From the fear that’s churning from within,
He’s going to stick the needle in,
It’s just a prick he smiles and says,
But it is not him that feels the pain.
And then the flipping drilling starts,
He doesn’t give you half a chance,
The sweat starts dripping down your brow,
They haven’t even got a towel.
The nurse is standing by your side,
I think she’s there just for the ride,
To have some fun and watch you squeal,
She knows you’ll leave there feeling ill.
The filling in his job is done,
I think the dentist’s just begun,
Then as you’re heading for the door,
He says come back next week for more.
I think my dentist has lost the plot,
He wants me back he’s talking rot,
But then of course I should have guessed,
He wants me back to do the rest.
