REFLECTIONS
An attempt to describ the moment.
Gazing upon the crystal water,
Slow moving ripples from tides,
Distorting the visible pictures,
Reflection but still clearly mine.
Stood firm like trees of the forest,
Entranced amazed at a show,
Bubbles from fishes and creatures,
Reflections are sent from below.
Held fast in a void of emotion,
Beyond feelings for reason you’re here,
Reflecting on things from the past,
Moments to last, short in time.
Chuckle; smile a memory-gone bye,
Brought forth reflections and dreams,
Unsteady swaying to and throw,
Forms pictures unseen new to view.
Time moves, reflection disperse,
Reaction with thought for a while,
People once known a long time ago,
Reflections from start to the last.
