Colors Filled The Night sky
Another Canada Day
has come,
it's time to
watch the
brilliant colors
of the fireworks,
in the night sky.
Walking arond the
downtown streets,
the kids are
getting excited,
"what time is it?
when are they going to start?"
The minutes
counting down,
time seems
so slow,
walking over to
the waterfront,
BANG!
there's one.
Red,
white,
blue,
pink,
and gold too,
ooooh, ahhhh,
the crowd
is enjoying the sight.
"WHOA!"
our little
five year old boy says,
the crowd fills with laughter,
as more colors,
fill the night sky.
Flashs of light
fall down,
like twinkling stars,
the crowd cheers,
wanting more,
knowing they've
come to an end.
What a
spectacular sight,
it was to see,
as all the radiant colors,
filled the night sky.
