What is the right thing?
Sometimes doing the right thing, isn't doing the right thing
I grit my teeth and try to do what is right, but in the end
Who is it right for? Right for you? Right for me?
I couldn't help but be captivated and enthralled for years
And when your free at last, I do nothing because it's not right to
But why is it not right? Shouldn't it be right for me?
And you've been through so much and deserve so much more
But since you were happy I help you with him, and do what I can
And that's right for you isn't it? But is it right for me?
Is any of this right? Will any of this ever be right?
I tell myself that it will. But am I right to do that?
So what is right? Is anything right?
So when is doing the right thing, the right thing?
