Poems of Lighthouse Bob
Origami Dream #64
My life is folded around what's wanted To be those three little words-- I Love You. From one tainted sheet, my soul is daunted In muscles contorted without sinew. Like thrown confetti aloft in the street-- Floating, weightlessness, yet I am not torn. A paper phoenix fashioned heart complete, Desire alive, ablaze, but not reborn. Fragile wings molded of papier-mâché Rose me up from this hell-- I've flown away. -Lighthouse Bob |
