Insanity's Prayer II
Now I lay me down to sleep,
My sanity I wish to keep.
My unraveled mind I hope to mend;
Distortion seems to have no end.
I've tried too hard; my body's weak.
Insanity is setting deep.
Demented thoughts invade my brain
My mind is slowly being drained.
Now I lay me down to rest;
Please help me Lord,
I've tried my best.
My sanity I wish to find;
Please help me Lord,
I've lost my mind.
