FORGOTTEN HOW
Time passes fast to fast to know,
Love we once had started to go,
Take it for granted our life we share,
Then full of love will still be there.
Each day we live our chores are done,
Time for each other there is not none,
Live as one together but so far apart,
Never showing what’s in the heart.
Giving and taking all seems to stop,
Leaves feelings of evenings full of rot,
Separately sitting as if worlds apart,
Lying in wait for rows to start.
Always arguing unhappy in soul,
Wishing feelings would get up and go,
Regretting words your mouth spouts out,
You want to make up but forgotten how.
