Fishing
Watching the waves
ripple along
the waters edge,
my two girls
are waiting to fish,
time to cast their
first line.
The bobber was floating
on top of the water,
it went down once,
it went down twice,
it stayed under the water,
"I caught one!"
said my youngest girl.
Reeling the fish in
it was putting up a fight,
seconds later,
my oldest girl caught one,
Woo hoo,"
she screamed out,
"my first fish!"
The two girls
have never fished before
in their lives,
they both caught
a small perch each.
They did a
good job,
on their first
time out.
