I sit alone;but the silence is so loud.
I think of my loved ones,
Where are they right now?
Should I embrace the quiet;
I could cry and be sad,
Nobody to listen;they're no longer around!
Although I'm married,I'm usually alone,
For my husband works from dusk til dawn;
To pay our bills to feel relief.
All by myself;the silence will dwell.
When will it leave?
Only time will tell!!
So until that day:
Or until the Lord takes me,
In this loud silence is where I'll be.
Who is it that will rescue me?!
My husband; it's your face that
Calms the loud silence in me!
