What Can We Do?!
What Can We do? Tonight sitting in our warm home, There are many walking the streets... Their shelter is minimal or unknown. You see them along side of the roads, bus stations,and parks. Holding up signs that read... "Will work for food" as they walk. I think each winter of less fortunate. Some may have been homeowners at one time, Or a situation has left them without. As Americans we want to have a caring heart, Suddenly...Our compassion turns to fear. When we think back to the story of her family and Elizabeth Smart. Although all... homeless people aren't out to do bad, This world is getting so evil that... We risk our lives to lend a helping hand. Then..you have your organizations who collect donations...to help out, Suddenly on the news they are found to be cons! So what do you do with all this doubt? I guess it's a pipe dream to wish for a more perfect world... Everyone filled with more love... No evil,No killing,No greed...just trust!
