If, we only change our lifestyles....
Maybe, who knows, we would have a better chance
To live a longer and happier life
But how do we know all this, for certain
I guess we just don't.Till we get somewhere stuck
With so many troubles and of some terrible diseases will die
But, let's examine carefully, all this for a moment
I believe it will make to you, some sense in the end
If we only, start eating more of the right food
Instead of all the barrils of delicious and greasy french fries
Swimming in all that RED kepchup that we just love to eat
And also all those complementary and fattening whoppers
That according to many national polls we consume by the tons
We wouldn't be for sure in so much early and late troubles
Trying to sweat all the fat and all those very uncomfortable pounds
That we seem to gain every second,every twenty-four hours a day
If we only, change our lifestyle
I am almost sure, we would have less
Heart attacks,cancer,diabetes, H.I.V and also all kind of sex desease
If we start drinking more water and of course exercising more
Instead of walking, sitting our rounded butts in a car
Which seem to be the one, that we take everywhere for a most healthy and daily walk
If we only, we were more than willing
Sometimes, a couple of times in the week
To go just for a short little walk,
To pick up our mail at least, from the mail box
Instead of just sitting doing nothing around
Doing more walk with our fingers throught all the yellow page
Ordering more cheese pizzas and more chinese food
That one day will give us more everywhere more inches and fat
If we only, stop being couch potatoes
And get off our lazy rounded butts
And exercise more our hearts and also minds
We would feel I am sure all the time, a lot better
So let's start doing something new for a change
Instead of just sitting around
Cyber-spacing all the twenty-four hours a...day!
And sometimes more, looking like very bad-made up dummies or clones
Or like frozen bad statues in front of our pc's
And also in front of our tv sets
And all that talking of you not feeling well
If, if you only stop doing stupid, and crazy things
Maybe,you didn't need to swallow anymore
All those little pills, white, yellow,blue, red and pink
That you keep in your medicine-cabinet,organized by the tons
And you don't have to gulp anymore all those sleeping pills that you so groggly...dig
If we only change our life style
You would maybe say goodbye to all your sleeping pills
That you take every day and every night
And also no more of those "Blessed Uppers"that send your head every time in a spin
If we only, stop drinking all that delicious and dark brew
Coffee! caffeine ! and all that blissful sugar that by the pounds,we devour
And that seems to send our blood, low and then rising to such
Dangerous curves and speed
If we only, start to take good control of our lives,and
Put God first in all our life,
Eating always more the right foods,and exercising and
Learning to sleep every night a little more, to give our poor
Bodies and minds all their due and deserved rest
I am almost sure we wouldn't in this world so much stress
And if we only, stop drinking one way or other
All those unforgettable and most delicious, cups of coffee
That makes our poor heads spins, in the end better and faster than
